Other than putting in a text message that asks users to switch to using Chrome on their phones, is there a way to ensure that the Appointment Slots widget works on both the Android and iPhone default browsers?

I was able to replicate the problem using my Android Device.
There is a security error that is causing this.
I have now forwarded this thread to our developers. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For now, please suggest users to use Chrome when filling up the form in mobile devices.

The widget should display normally on your phone browser now.
