Submit button not working for some people

    Hi, 

    Multiple people have filled out our form, but when it comes to submitting the form, the submit button doesn't work. This doesn't happen all the time, only every 10 people or so. 

    I am wondering if this only happens when I am editing the form. If I am editing the form, can someone be filling out the form at the same time? At times I have to update the form, but I never know if someone is trying to fill out the form at the same time, could this be the problem? Or is there another reason?

    If you update your form frequently, then I would suggest you to disable the auto-save feature to avoid any issue with the live form: https://www.jotform.com/help/86-How-to-Disable-Auto-Save
