Required fields and paypal button are not working

Hi, my form has worked fine in the past, but when I had a client attempt to fill it out today, we had many issues.

First, even though I have a mobile-ready widget attached to the form, it wasn't able to pull up on 3 separate smartphones.
Second, on a computer, all of the required fields would alert in red BEFORE the "Next" button was clicked (I don't think it was the first page, but it did on subsequent pages).  Third, when my client clicked on the PayPal link, nothing happened.  I have checked everything multiple times, and all the fields appear to be set up appropriately.  Are you able to find anything wrong with it that could fix any of these issues?

I need to create a separate thread about the 1st issue since it is not related with the 2nd and the 3rd. Here's the URL: http://www.jotform.com/answers/699915

The 2nd and 3rd issue seems related since the form is not allowing the scripts to run properly. Please try to re-embed the form using the Iframe method in order to prevent script conflicts between the page and the form.

Hope that works. Let us know if you're still having issues. Thank you.

I attempted the iframe method, but the form only showed the tabs at the top.  I couldn't find any way change the size of it to show more.  I had previously been using a Wordpress-Jotform Plugin for my form.  Clicking the PayPal button at the end of the form still doesn't do anything.  I have checked by setting on the PayPal widget multiple times, and I'm not sure what is wrong.

Please try again with the Iframe code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

This time, fefore you embed the code in your site, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the iFrame part in your webpage, example:

Make sure to set the proper height so the whole form shows, and also you might like to set  scrolling property to "yes", example:
