    on my form https://form.jotform.com/53091386635965, the field "初审:是否通过选题" and “二审:是否同意初审” (sorry but I used mostly Chinese in this form) are radio buttons. With every submission, jotform submission table is able to record whether "Yes" or "No" is chosen, but under the same field on the google sheet integrated with this form, cells are all blank.

    Could you please have this fixed ASAP?

    Please simply remove the integration and integrate it back again:

    That will solve the issue:

    will the link to google sheet be constant after re-integration? Cus data from this sheet is connected to multiple other files.

    Yes, the link should be constant, if by any chance the integration gets interrupted, let us know, so we can forward it to our second level.

    Hi,

    I re-integrated the form and data up to then was correctly displayed, but the same error occured when new submission comes in.

    And btw the link changed when I re-integrate.

    Any help is appreciated

    I can replicate this using the clone version of your form. I have now forwarded this thread to our developers so they investigate this further. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

    When re-integrating, you cannot use the old sheet. The integration will simply give you a new file that would include the previous data in the form.

    Thank you.

    I'm sorry, but there's no update yet. But I would suggest trying this workaround;

    1. Create your form and use English in your labels/options.

    2. Enable the Multi Language in your form, select English as the default and add the Chinese.

    3. Make the Chinese the default language.

    4. Integrate it to Google Spreadsheet.

    I hope this helps.
