Getting the form notifier to a different email address

    Well...LOL
I am brainstorming an idea that isn't quite working... maybe you have an
idea, as perhaps I am missing something.
So if I understand that correctly:
    1. All contact information from the currently has been going to my
    brettbolzenthal@gmail.com email this I do know(Primary)
    2. I created a new gmail account originally for leads or contacts to
forward to a CRM (Contact Relationship Manager) I am experimenting with
    this New Gmail.
Now, I could use the email address that goes directly to the CRM (as the
CRM has what's called Prospect.....@blank.net) in the jotform account so
that it goes straight there and not to the gmail... However, here is what I
    am trying to duplicate first:
    1. I have a Website that while I can and do use jotforms on it now, and
they work fantastic... I have a built in IDX for real estate properties
that is actually a micro-site or mirror site of the brokers for real
estate. The form that contacts use now to register is built in with no way
to alter. So unfortunately Jotform is not an option
    :-(
    2. Now, it normally sends to my brettbolzenthal@gmail.com the same one I
use ordinarily for Jotform, but the site also has an email2 option, that I
tried to send to the other Gmail account to use a custom auto or vacation
responder that Gmail has. However, the information does not seem to end up
    in the CRM
So I in trying an alternative method I wanted to see what would happen if
for instance in similar sequence. The customer filled out the jotform
pointed to the New Gmail account, would it work?
    HERE IS MY QUESTIONS:
    1. In testing that as I understand it first... I need to change the
"Account" email which was brettbolzenthal@gmail.com as that is where all
the contact info goes each time all of the forms are filled out correct?
    2. Now in order to test to see if that works on the new Gmail address to
actually capture the lead info, I would need to put the form on my website
right? (In this case I am testing the form called "Contact Form with Blue
Envelope Theme") I attempted this in the preview screen, it didn't work.
The reason I am thinking the preview screen test doesn't work for this, is
that in the form in preview screen, I entered a different email address
than all the others with the auto-responder set up already in this form.
The email entered in the form gets the auto-responder message perfectly :-)
So I know that part works. However, the Gmail address I used does not
show any of the Test contact info and the CRM that the Gmail is now
    forwarding to...didn't get anything either.
So if this because the form is not actually hosted on a website right?
Is there an alternative way to create one form where the (contact info)
goes to a different email account, than all the other forms? And as
mentioned above, the place that the contact info goes is what ever the
email is inside the "main account" correct?
Thank you for hearing me out with this ( I think I am working on rocket
    science here..:-)
    Brett

    I think there's a little bit misunderstanding here so answer your questions;

    1. You don't need to change your account email address if you will simply want the specific form email to get sent to other email address. You can just simply change it in the form. Here's how to access the form recipient settings:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

    2. You don't need to embed the form just to test it. You can just preview it, fill the fields and submit. You should receive the form email for the new submission.

Now, I would like to mention that the Notifier and Auto Responder are a different thing.  Notifier will be sent out to you as the form owner. The auto responder will be sent out to the person who submits your form. For more information on these two, please check this guide:

Thank you and should you need any further clarification, please let us know here.
