Unable to put a check on the checkbox of the widget.

I have a form that uses the terms and conditions widget (bottom of the page).  However the checkbox flickers and can't be checked.  I'm wondering if I did something wrong, or if there's a bug in the widget.

and the checkbox on the terms and condition widget seems to be working fine on my end.

I have used Google Chrome in my example. I've also tried opening your form in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 11 and didn't encounter any error or difficulties. 

What particular browser did you use when you encounter the issue? Are you still encountering the same issue right now? Is your form embedded on a website, if it is, can you provide us the website to where your form is embedded so we can check.

I did check your test form in BrowserStack (Chrome + Mac) and it seems to display the checkbox correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Please let us know the chrome version and also the version of Mac and we will try to replicate the issue here.
