Why is my "Enabled" status form, disabled when I visit the direct link?

    Why is my "Enabled" status form, disabled when I visit the direct link?

    Do I NEED to upgrade to have it work, or what is the reason for this error? Can you guys fix it automatically for me through your interface if it is a system error? Let me know what I have to do In my part to make it enabled when I visit the form link.

    Your jotform http://www.jotform.com/53108803401141 is considered an illegal form and can be use to steal facebook accounts.
