Wordpress S2member Pro integration to JotForm

    Hi there

We are a choir, using s2MemberPro for our membership logins on our Wordpress site.

We use Events Manager Pro plugin for selling tickets to our concerts, however,  I don't get along too well with the forms editing features on Events Manager, and would prefer to use Jotform, and then embed the form into ou site.

I have had feedback from our choir members in the past that they don't understand why the booking forms can't recognise them when they are logged in.  This means they have to enter their name and email address again which is annoying.

Is there any way to integrate my Jotform so that it pre-fills with the s2MemberPro user information for selected fields when a user is logged in?

    Thanks

    Natalie

    Hi Natalie,

Can you please confirm that this was the WP S2Memberpro plugin you were referring to here.

Currently, we do not have support for integration to the mentioned WP plugin.

Please provide us more details and confirmation about the plugin, and we will submit a request for integration to JotForm.

As of now, you can embed your JotForm to WP already. Check the user guide on how to.

    user guide: -Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-version

We will wait for your updated response.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan

Thanks for your response, yes that's the correct plugin. It would be great if you could request this update for me.

Yes, I have embedded my Jotforms in the past, but it's that added functionality of linking up with a logged-in member that would make it a smoother experience for the user.

I look forward to hearing more news in due course.

    Kind regards

    Natalie

I will create a feature request so our developers might consider its implementation.

We'll let you know via this thread if we decide on its implementation.

If you need further assistance please let us know.
