Problems embedding a form with custom HTML

Asked by KallBinaural on January 23, 2012 at 11:08 AM

    Hi,

I'm having issues with a form I made that uses a checkbox for people to agree to terms and conditions (that I made by following the tutorial available on JotForm's site).

However, when I try to get it on my site using either Embed or Source Code, the field doesn't display correctly. It reverts back to a different field I had used (which doesn't even exist anymore). If I display it with an iFrame or Lightbox, it comes up correctly, but for this application I need it just embedded normally.

Here's how it should look (the very bottom question):

And here's what I get once it's embedded (again, go to the very bottom):

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,

    Alex

The form your website looks identical to the one with the JotForm URL:

Are you sure you are not looking at a cached version of the form/webpage on your site? Try a full refresh of your browser (CTRL+F5) , clearing your browser cache, or even a new browser to check the embedded form.

Hmm that's strange. I suspected that earlier, and I'd tried clearing the cache multiple times, and viewing it in different browsers to no avail. Good that it displayed correctly for you though, must just be something on my end. Thanks for your help, and super fast response.
