I cannot view my last question on Submission

when I download my submissions and export to an excel the last question does not export into the spreadsheet. Link below

The last question about payment method does not show up either on the individual submission or on the excel spreadsheet. Can you please let me know how to get this info to export onto the excel document

I've cloned and tested your form. I am able to see the last question  on submission and also on Excel.

I've tested on your account. I see that that the last field is unselected. Please check the field on submission. At that time, it will work properly.
