How do I make the name of my form show up when on facebook instead of having "Clone of..."

    Hi,

     

    Have you embedded your form on your Facebook page? If so, can you provide us the exact URL of the Facebook page where you have embedded your form so we can further check the issue? I checked your form and it seems that the Form Title and Page Title are properly setup.
