I was trying to click in the "?" next to items like the COLLAPSE Form and few other items to see what they do, and none of the INFO prompts will open or stay open... I tried both Chrome and IE9. Is that a bug?
I did a search in your FAQ and User Guide and nothing came up for Collapse Form. Is that something I can use to make the form shorter?
Also, I remember seeing something for inserting a page break, and now I can't find it.
Finally, where/how do I implement a "print" button for the form? I know I did that before, and now I can't find that either.
I have 3 accounts with you... two of them on premium level, this one is the only free one.
I hope you'll reply soon. Thanks.

Occasionally, I've experienced similar problems with the info tooltips. It may just be a temporary issue but do you have other browsers on your system in which the form builder can be viewed?
The Form Collapse tool is used to hide sections of a form until a user clicks them and (as you guessed) they help to make lengthy forms compact. This is illustrated in this form. Please feel free to clone it and experiment with the settings of the form collapse elements.
The Page Break tool is found in the same menu as the Form Collapse but they should not be used in the same form because there are known bugs that occur when they are used together.
To include a "Print Form" button, click the submit button field then click "Print Button" in the toolbar.
Type "form collapse", "page break" and "print form" into the forum's search bar to find out more about these elements.
