We have the same issue (EU Server too). The new submissions are still showing up as blank lines for using the https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx address.
Is there any update on when this will be fixed?

It seems to me that you are stating you have the same exact issue as the original thread over here which you posted your above question on to inform us about this so thank you for letting us know about that.
Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeframe as to when it'll be fixed but if there is an issue with it then just know we will do everything we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Are you using a similar setup with dropbox involved as the other user had mentioned they had?
Or is this just with your submission data alone?
I see you have several forms.
Could you possibly share with us a link to one of your forms that is having this issue so that we can check it furthermore on our end as well for you?
