How can I get a custom theme made?

    We would like a theme made using our school logo. Is this possible? If so, what is the charge to have this done?

    Hi,

    We do not currently offer services to create custom themes.  We can, however, help you add the logo to your form in any way you would like.  Let us know the form you are working on, as well as how you would like to logo added and we will be happy to see what we can do.
