How to display the url from where the form was filled?

Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you are looking for? I am assuming that you would like to get the link of the URL for the form in your email notification to edit the information.

If I am wrong please feel free to correct me. If this is the case, you can add the EDIT LINK field in your email notification.

I use the same form in different pages, so when I receive the notification e-mail I would like to know the url of the page where the form completed.
I assume I would use a hidden field, but not sure how to configure.
I also tried to use a widget (get form page url) but it did not work. 
The website is a blogger

You may use the Get Form Page URL widget. This will capture the URL of the web page where your form is embedded.

I have it in my for but the url that shows in the notification e-mail is:
https://submit.jotformpro.com/form.php?formID=53124281486960&sid=322909956461548337&mode=editForm

On of the pages in the website (blogger) is:
http://www.cirrusavenda.com/2015/06/cirrus-sr22-g3-gts-2009-2855.html

It is not recognizing the website url, it is sending jotform's.

Is there a way to fix it?

Simply delete your current email notification, and set it up again: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
