Exporting PDF seems to cut off the margin

    Hi,

    I've created a form and need to be emailed as a PDF to print file the form as a legal record. When the form is emailed, the top margin gets cut off, and form fields that have been left empty do not show up at all.

    1. What can I do to fix the PDF that the whole form is visible?

    2. How can I make sure the form fields left empty still show up, as empty.

    Please do check these steps here: How to show headers or text for contracts/terms/agreements in the PDF format of a submission to see how to make your PDF show the non filled out fields.

    For you - based on what you have mentioned, you are after both Auto Hide Empty Fields unchecked and Show Headers and Texts checked.

    Also in regards to the margin, please do let us know if the same is still present after you set your form as mentioned above.
