We have a form connected to Dropbox that currently adds the files as Title, Firstname, Last name.

Is it possible to change this to Lastname, Prefix, Firstname?

I am currently not able to get to the Dropbox Integration page to try to change the folders.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to swap the names. A workaround would be to separate the input boxes to three fields, namely the Prefix, First Name and Last Name. Next, combine the three fields into a single box using calculation widget:

    Example: https://form.jotform.com/53121511226945

Then use the calculation in the integration.

    Thanks

By the way, you can hide the calculation box in the form. In the field properties:

    Thank you.

The Conditions page seems to be different from this one you sent me. Do you have instructions that match the newer interface?

Yes, the interface is different, only the second step is the one with a different view, simply click on Update / Calculate Field:

But for this case, there is no need to use conditions, just follow this steps:

    a) Add the Form Calculation widget

    b) Add the field names in the order you want, making sure you set the as Text Values

    c) Change the label of the widget so you can identify in the integration with Dropbox

    d) Hide the field.

Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
