I just downloaded one of the uploaded files through your form:
Just click on the link, and the file will start to download, or are you receiving that issue when downloading all files from the "Download All Uploads" button?
Also, try using another browser, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

I am using Chrome and have successfully downloaded a couple hundred documents today. That one and this one:<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>807EA61F0E9D4C12</RequestId><HostId>zI9Sz+zWJrdhofMS1JdVFj71oOI8WiOpoLrUV82J9fTvMig6tzsaK3gYGHsx6UVNiFGDbzklp5Q=</HostId></Error>will not download. The error is obviously blocking me for some reason, but I don't know why. I tried IE as well and received a similar error.Submission Page URL: http://www.jotform.com/submissions/52428822992969

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did try to recover this file but was not successful. It seems the file was not uploaded successfully. Most likely cause of this issue when there is connectivity issue between user and the server, the files does not gets uploaded completely.
I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

I've tried looking for the said file, unfortunately, I couldn't find it. Best solution for this is to contact the person who submitted the file and request from him to have another submission or send it to you.
