Form not found - Form is disabled

    I took a look at your account and I see that it was disabled (your account) because of that form "ilksanalavm.com Satış Ortaklığı Ön Kayıt Formu"

    The reason is that the form is not in English, while set as English form, causing your account to get disabled by the system.

    I have activated your account at this time, but you are very likely to have it suspended by our system very soon unless you change the same.

    Actually no, the original thread was started for a genuine form being blocked because of the language while your form is created in order to capture Facebook details.
