We have issues with our DropBox form

    Hi,  

    My name is Monica Morgan and I'm the webmaster for this account. 

    We keep having issues with the "upload to dropbox form".

    It just stops working and I reset it, then it works then stops.  

    Now, I did a test and the resulting page says this: 

    Thank You!

    Your file transfer to Telemeter Electronic has been completed.

     

    I have no idea who Telemeter Electronic is!!!

    Please help me get this fixed asap.  I highly recommended you and now I'm beginning to feel like I shouldn't have.

    I took a look at your form Monica and tried to submit it and got the same as you did. However looking at your form, that is how the Thank you page is set up.

    You can change this by following the step here: Setting Up the Thank You Page

    Once you change it it can show any thank you page that you want.

    Now in regards to the DropBox, I am not quite sure why it would break for you so often. Was your limit on the upload field set to 300MB before as well? - Since that is the maximum file size that is recommended by our developers when passing the data to DropBox.

    So if you got the file in your Submissions Panel, but not into DropBox, that would be the cause - the file being too large.
