URL redirect not working

    My form was originally created so that it returned the standard thank you message. I updated the form to redirect to a custom URL after the form is submitted. I was sure to save the updates. It still displays the default thank you message after the form is submitted. For some reason it's ignoring my update. Please advise.

    Note that I also added an additional notification email to be sent to the person completing the form. And that update is being ignored as well.

    Hello Sharon,

    It looks like https://secure.jotform.com/ is being a little slow replicating your changes.

    If its urgent that the update is shown immediately, please try embedding it with our other secure URL.

    i.e using https://www.jotform.com/ instead of https://secure.jotform.com/

    If you can wait a few hours, https://secure.jotform.com should catch up. 

     

    The development team are aware of these occasional replication issues on https://secure.jotform.com and are working on ways to minimise their occurences.
