    Ferdinand,

Please make sure that the account you have set up with Authorize.Net can accept CNP or Card Not Present credit card transactions.  It would be best to verify with Authorize.Net's support department.

Kindly inform us what happens from here on out.

I've done what you suggested and I'm still getting an error from your website, only this time the error message is saying "an error ocuured during processing try again" did that a few times and no avail, a bit frustrating :(.

Your form's Authorize.Net integration is incomplete as the API Login ID and Transaction Key fields are blank:

To complete, click the wizard icon found at the upper right corner of your payment field.

Okay, I completed the integretion succesfully. Now that we're testing the actual form, we're getting another error message saying "invalid Merchant Login Id or acct. is inactive.

Is there a number I can call so I can taik to someone about this?

I am trying to figure out how to simply upload the screen shot of the error message, but it seems too complicated using the green icon to insert an image, is there another way to attach an image?

I have contacted Authorize.net and they don't see any issues/problem on thier end.

    Thank you for provided information.

If you switched your Authorize.net account from Test Mode to Normal Mode you have to use new Transaction Key.

Could you please re-check the integration using fresh Transaction Key?

Please also note that Test Developers Account from https://developer.authorize.net/testaccount/ will not work with us.

We do not currently provide support over the phone, but we will be happy to help you over this support forum.

I am using a fresh transaction key just as you suggested and the Test Integration was succesfull. it even showed the activity in their server/Authorize.net

And this account is not a Test Developer Account.

Authorize.net tested the actual form and sees the same error.

and they suggested to make sure that it is posting to this server:

    https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

    or

    filled code

    x.test_request=false

I don't know if this makes sense but I hope this helps.

I just need this to be solved right away.

    Thanks

It looks like that integration is successfully completed.

Could you please clear cache in your browser and then proceed with some micro transaction in order to make sure that everything is working now? If you notice any problems, we will be able to forward this issue to our developers.

Thank you for cooperation in this matter.

When switching an account from test mode to live mode, you can also use test as well as live keys supported by the provider. Although test keys work like live keys, you can’t make live credit card transactions using them. And you can continue using your test key even after activating the live key.
