I have exceeded my monthy quota

    I have exceeded my monthy quota but I removed the forms when submissions reached 97 earlier today as January has been exceptionally high. There can be no more until I reinstate on Feb 1st.
    Will the forms be active again after Feb 1st and will the 5 submissions over my allocation be delivered?

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for your message. Since we're allowed to do it at once for Jotform Loyal Members, I have cleared half of your submissions so your account could still stand up for this month. Your forms and account should be fine now. You can now access it once again.
