Asked by DrGWeightloss on January 23, 2012 at 05:35 PM

I previously created forms for Facebook page... now the jotform is no longer appearing in Facebook. Please advise as to what to do. This has also been happening with other client jotform pages as well.

    Hi Adele,

Have you tried re-embedding your form using iFrame Code? If not, please give it a try and tell us if that doesn't help.

Let me also inform you that we have few guides on Adding Form to Facebook. You can find it out right here:

Just let us know if you have further questions. Thank you.

I've actually created APPS on Facebook for these forms. I have over 20 forms up across the board for this account and other clients. Does this mean i have to go in to every FB page and copy and past code and use a new app to hold that code? This is the second time in 2 months i've had an issue like this with jotforms showing up blank. Please advise.

Facebook regularly update their backend code.

There are currently going through a phase of this until Feb 1st.

Believe me, the developers and the people responsible for writing up the relevant JotForm documentation get nearly as frustrated by these seeminly constant changes by Facebook.

We are aware of an issue with Facebook apps using secure URLs, which I assume you probably are?

The issue has been assigned to a lead developer and marked as urgernt

A workaround, until this problem with SSL forms and Facebook is rectified is to use standard form URLs in Facebook app configuration.
