JotForm Seems to Freeze Everytime I Try to Access It

    Hi there,

    I assume that you using Internet Explorer 9 to connect the JotForm. IE 9 is a old browser that doesn't support new features, so we have some compatibility issues with the older IE versions.

    In this case, I suggest you to use modern browsers like Chrome or Firefox.
