Unable to View Received Form Submissions

    I have a form https://form.jotformeu.com/52813515553353 for which the responses are not visible in the submissions. 2 forms filled and 0 submissions

     

    Can you help me ?

    It seems to me that you are having an issue with viewing your form submissions.

    Please make sure that you are logging in through https://eu.jotform.com first then select your form and attempt to view the related submissions.

    Example: https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/52813515553353 

    Please try this and let us know if you are still having issues viewing your form submissions.

    yes I'm still having problems with Jotforms.

    I can't see my new submssions.the only visible column is timestamp

    Hi,

    My apologies, we had an issue with one of our data centers earlier that was causing a rather large delay in relaying data.  This has since been fixed.  Your forms and submission data should now be available once again.

    If any of your forms still show as unavailable or any submission data is still missing, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
