Submission are not saved. The e-mail is sent correctly but no data are stored in the internal db of jotform.

The submissions have been moved today to Germany server for everyone in Europe even if you did not opt to do so yourself.
This happens if your account is found to be in Europe.
Now due to that you can no longer see the submissions in your Submissions Panel if you go to it over www.jotform.com, but you will be able to see all of them as soon as you log into your account on eu.jotform.com
