How do I setup a donation form with pre-defined radio button choices (gold, silver, bronze).

When I select Donation, it only gives me the numeric field for any amount (or set a minimum). But what if there are 3 donation options that the users can select?

    Thank you for contacting us.

When you select donation option inside of payment field it is only possible to to have numeric field where your users can enter desired amount.

Possible workaround would be to create multiple payment form, so depending of option that your users choose form with entered predefined donation amount will be shown. Inside of this guide you can find how to create a basic multiple payment form:

You an also create a radio button field, add values to radio button options and then set calculation values and pass calculation to payment field.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
