I received two email notifications about how two people had filled in the questionnaire. For some bizarre reason, I cannot see their submissions on my Jotform account - thus I cannot download the results. Could you please help me?

Sorry for this inconvenience. It seems that our severs are having a small delay, but you should be able to view your in a few minutes.
If you are still not able to view your submission after 15-20 minutes, please let us know so our team can be inform of the situation.
