    Buenas tardes,

    Tengo una plantilla para realizar solicitudes, hasta ahora ha estado funcionando normalmente, pero hoy, ocurre que cuando relleno la plantilla y envío la solicitud, ésta no se queda gravada en el programa, es como si no se hubiera realizado. El mensaje que me indica es que no pueden encontrarlo en sus servidores.

    Les agradecería me dijeran cual puede ser el motivo.

    I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly due to inconsistency of online translation. Do you mean to say that the form submissions are not displaying in your JotForm submissions view? We noticed an issue with one of our data centers that was causing some delay in displaying the data. The issue has been fixed now and the submissions should be updating now.
