I look after jot form for a client using their account. They want another user (one of their clients) added but only to be able to view form submissions from one form.
I've just added myself as a sub user with permission to see that same form in order to see how it works (i.e. so I know what their client will experience etc)
(I logged out of my client's account as the sub user (their client) would not have log in details for their account either.)
I received an email inviting to view the form.
Check out "My Forms" page to see them. You can see forms and folders shared with you under "Shared With You" menu on the left side.
However when I click on My forms there is no ‘Shared with you’ menu.
Does a sutures need to have jot form account as well?

To add a sub user to an account, please follow the steps here: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.
Users who do not have an account will need to register to JotForm so that they can view the shared forms to them. If they already have an account, they can then just logged in, as long as the email added as a sub user is registered to JotForm.
