I've tried using the forgotten password function on the JotForm website but I never receive an email. I enter my email address, click "Send Reset Instructions" and get an on-screen message saying "Password Reset. Information needed to reset your password has been sent to your e-mail address. Please check your email and follow the instructions." however no email ever arrives, despite trying so many times. Please help.

That is because your email address was added to our bounce list. There's no given reason, but please try to reset it again. Let us know if you still won't receive the email.
