form not found

When i make a new form i get the announcement that the form is not found.

Please help!

Hi,

My apologies, we had an issue with one of our data centers earlier that was causing a rather large delay in relaying data.  This has since been fixed and your forms should now be available once again. 

If any of your forms still show as unavailable, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
