Can you bulk export multimedia files that are submitted via the form?

    1. Can you bulk export multimedia files that are submitted via the form? And if so, can you please share how. Also, is it possible for the files to automatically go to Drop Box?

    2. Is it possible to bulk export multimedia files directly into Google Picasa?

    3. Do you have robust reporting?

    4. Can I create a generic account that can be accessed by multiple admins?

    5. I'd like to do the upgrade to the Premium package. If we exceed the 10GB mid-month, what happens? Are files no longer able to be uploaded? Is there a fee? Or can we upgrade at that time to the Professional package?

    6. I plan to use this for global users. Can you confirm that I should not have an issue in places like China?

    No, there is no way at this time for media files to be bulk exported. 

    Dropbox integration is available, yes.

    No.

    We make various reporting tools available to users for generating reports including downloading CSV/excel files of the submission data.  What exactly do you mean by robust?

    Accounts can only have one 'admin' log in, but you can make reports and/or submission data available to other people behind password protection.

    Premium users are allowed 10GB in total of upload space, this isnt reset evey month, but you are free to clear submission data of the server to stay within this. You can upgrade to Professional at any time to have access to 1TB of storage space.

    We are aware of no issues with accessing JotForm in China or anywhere else in the world.
