Using Iweb and all seems to be correct (well I think so) But I am not receiving the email back. Tried twice and nothing. I use apple mail and don't have any blocks I am aware of.
I am in New Zealand don't know if it takes longer as going through mail servers here and there?
Good form set up by the way.
Am I doing something wrong?

Can you a) delete the two unnecessary notifications?
b) Make sure the Sender Email is email@example.com and then C) try another test submission, please?
