I was happy with the product until I wanted to downgrade and found out how difficult it is to downgrade and / or cancel an account! Please let me know how can I do this.

I have verified that you are on a monthly Premium subscription and I can see that you have successfully cancelled it because you are scheduled to have a downgrade on Date: 2015-11-15
After the 15th of this month, you're no longer subscribed to your Premium subscription and your account will become a free account.
