Also as a separate issue, in the Safari browser if you enter in a value in one of the fields and try to highlight it to correct it, the form scrolls up to the top of the page automatically and you have to scroll back down to where you were to fix that field. Is this a known issue?  It doesn't appear to be happening in any other browsers, just Safari.

I checked your form in Safari, on an emulator mind you and I was unable reproduce the issue of the form scrolling to the top when changing an entry.  I am not sure if it is something specific to your browser or if the emulator is just not reproducing it.  Could you provide a bit more information regarding which version of Safari you are using?
