    Why am I getting an over quota error on my form now?

    I checked your email in our records and it shows that it is under Guest account. Please take note that the limit for the number of submissions on a guest account is 20. Your submissions is now 21 which is why you're getting a form over quota error.

    Please sign up to have a registered account. After that, please request for your forms to be transferred from this guest account to the registered one.

    The form embedded on the webpage is this one (http://www.jotform.us/form/53126770934155) and it is associated with your account (studioacphoto).

    I did a test submission on the direct form and on the webpage, both are successful. It didn't give me any errors about quota.

    If that is your username then it probably means that you are not logged in to your account. Please make sure you are logged in to your JotForm account and check if your forms are working properly.
