Adding Read-Only labels

In the form below, I've set it so that if the field "does the new hire require a cell phone is set to "yes" the text field with "Cell phone information" shows. I'd like to be able to add text like this "on the fly" but am looking for a label type field so that a) information is read only and b) I can format it so it looks good (in the example the bullets are not well formatted). Are there label tools besides headings for adding text to forms?

You must be looking for the TEXT field found in the Form Tools group.

The TEXT field is a Read-Only field and can be stylized/formatted like an HTML.
