My forms has been suspended

    I received an email that my account has been suspended. 

     

    What do I need to do so that it will no longer be suspended

     

    Please can you put it back up. I am using the forms for my client.

    Hi,

     

    I checked your account and I see that you were auto-suspended by our Automatic Phishing Detector. I checked your form and see that it was not used for phishing. I have no re-activated your account. You may check your forms now.
