Separate PDF's in Dropbox with individual tag without creating sub folders.

I feel I have spoken with what might be the entire team about this because the responses seem to vary so much each time I respond. One response says they'll work on the issue and another response says submit another thread to forward to the programming crew a which I was told was already done. Anywho!! Here it is again!! 

place PDF submissions in one folder and not separating them by submission folders.

I checked you previous thread and I cam across one where our had mentioned the need of having shorter auto-generated numbers for you PDF submissions.

The thread is currently assigned to a developer who is working on it. The directive to open a new thread was for another user who had posted in the previous thread.

We aim to keep feature request thread per user to allow for better follow up.
