How can I see my jotform on my webpage?

I have created I jotform and inserted the link of the form into my website, as it was showed in the instructions. However, when I access the website, I cannot find the form in it. The only way to access it is it using the permalink. How can I solve this problem, and make the form appear directly on my website? Thanks in advance. 

Can you please share the URL of the webpage where the  form is embedded so that we can take a look at it.

Please try re-embedding the form using Iframe method and see if that works.
