    Not receiving email notifications

    Hi there,

    For some reason I've stopped receiving email notifications for the following forms:



    I havent modified them for awhile


    I'm cleared my cache and checked the bounce list.

    any ideas?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Upon further investigation, it seems like it is more related to the custom sender email address queries@cdreporting.co.uk that you are using.

    You can check your email history by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. Based from my observation, it seems like the failed emails happened when you are using the email address queries@cdreporting.co.uk as the sender.

    You might need to contact your email service provider to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses or domain name servers mentioned here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. You can also use this guide as a reference if you are still unable to receive the notifications: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues 

    Let us know if that works.
