Unable to embed in facebook

Just one more question, I am trying to embed the form I created onto my business Facebook page. I read through the guide on how to do it but I'm stuck at "Add JotForm Tab". I pressed many times, but the login box did not come out. Any idea to fix this? Thanks!

I checked this on one of my forms but I was not able to replicate the issue. The Facebook Integration is working fine. 

Can you try it again on your end and see if it is working now? A message should appear when the integration was successful.
