My customer submitted his form, it did not sync to my dropbox. Is there a way to push this through and make it sync? I see it inside of JotForm but not in my dropbox.
This has happened several times.
What is the fix?

We had a temporary issue with DropBox integration but it was identified quickly and fixed as well. I've tested the DropBox integration now and it is working fine. Could you please check by submitting the form once again and see if it appears in DropBox? It should be working fine now. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.
