I think that our forms have stopped sending emails to the people that are listed in the notification section

Apologies for the inconvenience. May we know which of your forms you are unable to receive notifications?
You can check your email history by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. I see there were no failed email attempts.
But I noticed that all the emails are in this domain @oakdale.org. It highly possible that the email service provider started to block our JotMail IP addresses and domain name servers. You might need to contact them or your IT team to whitelist the items mentioned in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
I also noticed that you have multiple notifications setup, to add multiple recipients to one notification, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
