Every response gets sent to our email. we have a quantity widget and sometimes we will receive the form response and it will not show what numbers they typed in. PLEASE HELP. They said that they typed in the number but it will not show it to us. This is not every order but it is enough orders to become frustrating.

Upon checking your form, I see that you have a lot of Quantity Gift Registry widget with a couple of items in them. I also noticed that it takes time to load all of them and it times out. I'm not sure if the widget you have is outdated or an older version, so I went ahead and refreshed those widgets without deleting their data on it.
I also noticed that you have the "Auto Fill" feature enable, if your users are using the same computer and browser, then the previous session might be overwriting the current one which explains why some of the inputs are not being fetched.
If you need your users to save the current progress and complete the form at a later date, then you can follow this guide on how to use the session ID and session link instead of the Auto Fill: http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
Let us know if that will work.

I am still having an issue with the widgets taking a while to load - also, i have disabled the auto-fill feature but we are not receiving some responses that tell us what they typed in. do they have to wait 5 minutes before ordering a second time?

Please delete your current email notification, and create it again: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
The new notification will be updated with all fields and widgets in your form, so all the data that is select will be shown in your email. Let us know if you need more help.
