i have created a form but want to be able to enter some of the field myself before sending to a client, how do i do this

I have created a contract form and need the ability to enter location of the event, date, ect ect myself before sending it to my client. It right now is not allowing me to enter that information. how do I do this

I understand that you want to have the location of the event to be prepopulated to send it to your client. 

Prepopulating required values on a JotForm is made easy with the following app

You can select the form to prepopulate the fields and fill in the required fields to generate the URL.

You can share the generated URL with your client that opens with prefilled data on your JotForm.
