The new menu is unresponsive, how do I do this using the new menu?

Hi,
My apologies, there was a temporary issue with the conditions menu earlier today that should now be fixed. If you have any further trouble loading the menu or with it becoming unresponsive, let us know how to recreate the issue and we will be happy to have a look.
