    Can't Get Email Notification

    I've tried all the suggestions you have for how to get a simple email notification of a subscriber, but to no avail. Surely it can't be this difficult, particularly when I'm using a template! Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

    Your email address used for submission notifications is not in bounce list. I checked our mail logs and they show good delivery:

     

    I would suggest you to use use noreply@jotform.com instead, as the Sender E-mail. 

    In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.

    Thanks... Yesterday it was working for a while, then I noticed that my notifications were getting filtered to my spam folder. I sorted that out, but for some reason today, they started to get caught by my spam filter again. I'll get in touch with my hosting service to find out what I can do about that.

    I very much appreciate your attention to this. I think it's finally working for me!
